New requirements for CCNP certification:
The new Exams have more criteria to meet in order to be “Certified” because they are linked to the Cisco Certificate Network Professional certification.
To obtain the CCNP credential, you will only need to pass two exams as opposed to the former system’s requirement of completing at least three to four tests.
There are two separate requirements you must satisfy before you can become certified under the new system:

People who earn a CCNP certification before February 24, 2020 will automatically be “upgraded” to the new equivalent CCNP, just like with the CCNA. You will eventually need to recertify using the new tests, and the three-year expiration term is still in effect.
Amendments to the CCNA
The CCNA Routing & Switching, Security, Wireless, Cloud, Data Center, Industrial, and Service Provider tracks (specialisations) will all be eliminated.
A single exam (200-301), including all of these courses, will lead to a single certification called simply “CCNA.” As a result, the new CCNA 200-301 test will evaluate candidates’ knowledge of a range of fields (taken from previous CCNA tracks), as well as their programming and automating skills.
