Smartphones are wonderful for many things. They allow you to perform a variety of functions and you can save tons of music to them for future listening. If you are planning to use the speakers when you travel for instance, you want to be certain that they do not require you to be connected to a Wi-Fi connection when you use them.
Sizes will vary so if you are planning to use your speakers when you travel, make sure that you get a travel convenient size. Boombox from Logitech and the Jawbone Big Jambox are both relatively large in size so you may want to find something a bit smaller if you want to travel with them. Make sure that you pay attention to the battery requirement as well. Most will use regular batteries that you can recharge or purchase disposable types. The battery is essential in traveling and you want to be certain that you select speakers that hold a good battery charge. You do not want to have to stop and insert new batteries every couple of hours. Make sure that you do a bit of research and find out which speakers offer the longest battery life, particularly if you are planning to use them on vacation where you may not be able to simply stop and replace the batteries when you need to.
You should not expect Bluetooth speakers to perform like your car stereo speakers but for a smaller device, there are many models on the market that give you a fair amount of sound and they certainly work better than the internal speaker on your smartphone. Take your time when choosing and ensure that you get something that will work with your phone as well as something that will give you the convenience and sound that you want.
